My journey as a blogger has only just begun, but I am enjoying writing Serenity Kitchen which is mainly a food blog.
As a seasoned freelance writer, specialising in social history, travel, food and food history features, I have had the opportunity to see my work appear in print and online.

Writing is one of my passions and it’s something I never tire of. You’ll often find me tapping away on my laptop keyboard in the wee hours and I’m thankfully always full of new content ideas. As a mother of three young children I often write about places to visit, travel with children and child friendly places and activities. Although, I also write about hotels and places with an interesting historical backdrop.
I am a columnist for Elephant Journal, author of a preserving book and write a weekly column for the quirky leisure magazine BC-ING-U In addition to being a feature writer for Vintage Life Magazine and Home Farmer.
